Generation Brands, the parent company of Feiss, Monte Carlo, LBL Lighting, Tech Lighting and Sea Gull Lighting, has promoted Michael Wolf to Vice President of Customer Service and Stephanie Wilcox to Director of E-Commerce and National Accounts.

Wolf joined Generation Brands in 2006 as Customer Service Manager for Tech Lighting. He was then promoted to Customer Service Manager for Tech Lighting and LBL Lighting, and in 2009 was promoted to Director of Customer Service for Generation Brands. As Vice President, he’s responsible for the five brands’ individual customer service departments and the technical support team with the aim to provide the best customer service in the industry.

Before Generation Brands, Wolf was the Customer Service Manager at Infinity Resources. Previously, he was with Verizon Wireless for 12 years as a customer service representative, then trainer, then manager.

Wolf has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from DePaul University and lives in Schaumburg, IL.

Wilcox returned to Sea Gull Lighting almost a year ago to lead strategic planning and sales initiatives for the brand’s e-commerce channel and national account customer base. In the new role of Director of E-Commerce and National Accounts for Generation Brands, she and her team are responsible for helping e-commerce customers plan and execute their sales strategy while also working with key national accounts and buying groups. They also implement national programs at the corporate level across all Generation Brands companies.

Before joining Sea Gull Lighting, Wilcox focused exclusively on e-commerce, representing various decorative lighting, plumbing and fan products to key e-commerce partners. Her background also includes builder sales management positions at Lutron Electronics and Ferguson Enterprises as well as specification sales, showroom and distributor management at the Kohler Co. and Armstrong World Industries.

Wilcox earned an MBA from Auburn University and a bachelor's degree from Franklin and Marshall College. She lives in Denver with her husband and their children.
