Nora Lighting Expands Customer Service/Quotes Staff

Nora Lighting [1] has added six new staff members to the Customer Service/Quotes and Technical Service departments to better serve the company’s national sales agencies and growing regional markets.

“We are pleased to welcome six staff members to our team,” says Jilla Farzan, Executive Vice President, Nora Lighting. “They bring new enthusiasm and energy to their positions and will help Nora live up to its commitment to provide outstanding customer service and timely product updates to all customers."

The new appointees are: Sonia Lopez, Lupe Maltez, Carrie Medina, Valerie Mingua, and Eddie Velasquez to Customer Service; and Randy Rodarte to Quotes and Technical Service.

They join Nora staff members: Maribel Gutierez, Erin Laurent, Laura Madrid, Nicole Milan (CS manager), Alma Olvera and Michael Rios in Customer Service and Josie Garcia and Alex Brahm in Quotes.
