The new campaign —“The Center of Market. The Heart of Your Business.”—aims to communicate IMC High Point’s value proposition by showcasing IMC properties, highlighting the diversity of products and demonstrating the benefits of leasing and visiting IMC properties during market
“We are very excited about the launch of our new IMC High Point comprehensive marketing strategy, which aligns all of our assets in High Point under one umbrella,” said Karen Olson, IMC’s Vice President of Marketing. “This platform allows us to keep our properties connected without losing the unique ‘personalities’ and exhibitor bases in each of our buildings.”
IMC unveiled its new website and social media plan for the Fall Market, which took place Oct. 13-18. IMC merged four existing websites, including those for Showplace, Market Square Properties and IHFC, and created one cohesive web presence for IMC High Point at www.imcenters.com/highpointmarket .
Additionally, the new social media plan mirrors the strategy behind forming the new website, by creating one new and improved IMC social profile.
“We had good social media engagement through our new IMC High Point Market networks,” said Olson of this past Market. “We are working to build our followers over time and continue to engage with our customers through these mediums.
Under the new strategy, each specific property will still maintain an individual identity through social media promotion, but it will be accomplished via one main and recognizable profile.
