The same market that had Rod Stewart headline the opening of its third and most recent building follows up that act with another free concert for its first September show. "King of Cool" Brian Setzer will perform at World Market Center (WMC) Las Vegas to commemorate both the show's new dates and the launch of National Home Furnishings Month, the centerpiece of WMC's new "Is It Home Yet?" consumer campaign.
Attendees looking to “Rock this Town” or “Jump, Jive an’ Wail” won’t be disappointed. The home furnishings campus will rock the night away during this exclusive set from the three-time Grammy winner known for his 30-year career as frontman of the Stray Cats and leader of his high octane 18-piece Rockin’ Big Band.
“Our inaugural September Las Vegas Market, with its tens of thousands of new product introductions, coupled with the launch of the first industry-wide National Home Furnishings event targeting consumers is sure to offer a double dose of optimism for Market attendees,” says Robert Maricich, WMC President and CEO. "The high energy of the Brian Setzer Orchestra will add to our plan of revitalizing and reinvigorating retailers and manufacturers this September.”
The concert will take place on Sept. 14 at the World Market Center Grand Plaza, while the Las Vegas Market runs Sept. 14-17. For more information, click here.
