Sylvania Lighting Services (SLS), a subsidiary of Osram Sylvania, has entered into an agreement to purchase Amtech Lighting Services from ABM Industries Inc. The transaction is expected to close this month.
The acquisition makes SLS one of the most comprehensive lighting services firms in the nation, according to Osram Sylvania. With the deal, SLS will expand into new regional markets and increase its service fleet to 900 vehicles nationwide.
