MaxLite Appoints Manager of Customer Service Group
Jeffrey Hirsch will oversee customer service, communications, quality control and technical support in the newly created position.
 

MaxLite® appoints Jeffrey Hirsch to the newly created position of Manager of Customer Support Group, to oversee customer service, communications, quality control and technical support for lighting distributors, specifiers and other industry professionals. Hirsch will report directly to Zenny Haczyk, Director of Global Operations.

“As our business continues to grow, we have developed a strong need for a service executive to help run our customer support group,” Haczyk says. “Jeff brings more than 12 years of customer service and product development experience in the lighting industry, and we welcome him to our team and are looking forward to tapping his expertise.”

While working closely with MaxLite’s product assembly facility, quality control, shipping and sales departments, Hirsch will oversee all day-to-day customer service functions including order fulfillment, product warranties, application usage, and technical support and related functions. Additionally, Hirsch will oversee the Product Training department.

Hirsch has serviced large-scale lighting programs and projects for leading architects, distributors, national builders, designers and specifiers as Customer Service Director and Technical Manager for Generation Brands, parent company of Sea Gull Lighting Inc.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Marketing and Management from Northeastern University in Boston.
