KBIS to Add ICFF Pavilion in 2015
Lighting is expected to grow as a category as a result.

The Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) has announced the creation of an International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) pavilion within KBISNeXT™ for the 2015 edition of the show. ICFF provides an opportunity to showcase the best of global design and luxury at the premier kitchen and bath event in North America.

“The explosive growth and resurgence of KBIS has captured the attention of ICFF exhibitors keen on reaching designers, developers and distributors involved with higher-end luxury residential projects,” says Kevin O’Keefe, ICFF Event Director. “As a nexus of the larger Design & Construction Week, KBIS is the ideal platform for an ICFF feature pavilion.”

“ICFF is East-coast centric and we wanted to bring it westward,” says Brian Pagel, Vice President, Kitchen and Bath Group at Emerald Expositions. “The benefit there is engaging the West coast design community and, from KBIS’ perspective, attracting some non-endemic customers to the event. We see lighting being a huge category that we want to embrace and hope the addition of the ICFF pavilion will help to further engage those folks.”

KBIS 2015 will take place Jan. 20-22, 2015, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas under the umbrella of Design & Construction Week. The Winter 2015 Las Vegas Market, International Surface Event – SURFACES, Tile Expo and International Window Coverings Expo will also be co-located during the same time.

Bill Darcy, NKBA CEO, says KBIS 2015 is expected to have the largest attendee and exhibitor participation in the show’s 50-year history.

Registration will open Sept. 2 at www.kbis.com.
