ART Names New Board of Directors
Mindy Lowak of the Dallas Market Center will be the organization's new President.
 

ART — The Creative Home Furnishings Network, announced that effective Nov. 1, 2013, the newly elected board of directors took over governance of the home accents industry association. The new board members are:

Officers

President:  Mindy Lowack, Dallas Market Center

Executive Vice President:  Susan Andrulis, IMAX

Treasurer:  John Clements, BJ’s Home Accents

Secretary:  Vanessa Turney, Light by Design

At Large Members

David Gebhart, Global Views

Lee Hershberg, International Market Centers

Kellee Hollenback, The Littman Group – Troy/CSL

Cody Hutcheson, CODARUS

Monica Loving, Ivystone

Mark Phillips, Phillips Collection

Laura Van Zeyl, Residential Lighting/Home Fashion Forecast

Steve Crowder, GuildMaster, immediate past President, and Bill Fortson, BJ’s Home Accents, past President, remain on the board as advisors.

“I’m honored to assume the role of Board President and look forward to serving with these amazing leaders in 2014,” says Mindy Lowack, President of ART. “Our Board is excited about the opportunities we have to continue to evolve with the home furnishings industry.”

ART board members are required to attend three of the four regularly scheduled board meetings per year and govern the operation of the association. Their term of service is 2 years.
