  • Gross Electric Plans 100th Anniversary Expo

    April 6, 2010

Gross Electric, electric and lighting distributors in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan, will celebrate 100 years in business with a large product exposition in Toledo, OH, on April 27.

The expo — for contractors, builders, designers and architects — is expected to attract more than 200 attendees from the two states. Over 40 vendors are scheduled to participate in the expo, which will take place at the company’s headquarters.

Vendors will share their latest innovations with attendees, as well as sell products throughout the day. New governmental guidelines and energy-saving technologies — including fluorescent bulbs, ballasts, controls and LED products — will be presented in educational seminars. A retail sale will also be held April 28-May 1 at Gross Electric’s Reynolds Road store.

The family-owned and -operated business is now in its third generation of leadership.
